Patricia Jooste
Patricia Jooste
Patricia Jooste is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in treasury outsourcing and financial solutions. After completing her matric in 1998, she pursued a qualification in Business Administration at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), laying a strong foundation for her future ventures.
In 2002, Patricia co-founded Global Treasury Solutions, a pioneering treasury outsourcing company that quickly established itself as a trusted partner in the financial services sector. Under her leadership, the business grew significantly and was ultimately sold to a listed entity, marking a major milestone in her career.
Demonstrating both strategic insight and innovation, Patricia also co-designed a specialized IT system tailored for outsourcing operations. This system was successfully implemented at one of South Africa’s major banks, showcasing her ability to bridge finance and technology to deliver scalable solutions.
In 2015, she launched the Fin Select Group of companies, further cementing her reputation in the treasury outsourcing space. Through this venture, Patricia continues to drive growth, deliver value to clients, and lead with a strong entrepreneurial vision.

Reandra Wyngaard
I’m a professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the short-term insurance industry, primarily focused on claims. During this time, I completed my RE qualification, which strengthened my technical foundation and broadened my understanding of the industry. My work ethic has always been grounded in turning every encounter into a learning experience—an approach that allows me to connect and collaborate effectively with people from all walks of life.
I thrive in high-performance, competitive environments, which naturally drew me to the financial treasury outsourcing sector. This transition has been both exciting and challenging, pushing me to grow in ways I hadn't anticipated and sharpening my problem-solving skills. I feed off working with insightful, driven individuals, and I enjoy navigating complex scenarios while maintaining a balance of professionalism and approachability.
